Locusts (Locusta migratoria manilensis Sp.) are a delicacy in some parts of Thailand. They are commonly prepared by frying in oil and seasoning with soy sauce and pepper. Our locusts are raised on GAP-certified farms. They are fed a diet of fresh perennial ryegrass. They are raised in a clean and hygienic environment and processed at our HACCP and GHP-accredited factory. They are 100% natural and do not contain preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. Our locusts are regularly lab-tested to ensure they meet international food safety standards.
