Insect foragers gather Dung beetles throughout Thailand during the monsoon season. These beetles can be found in nests under cattle dung and feed on the nutrient-rich dung in the evening and early morning. During the day, they retreat to their nests under the soil.

We procure our Dung Beetles from trusted insect traders. These insects are processed at our HACCP-accredited factory, where they undergo cleaning, sanitization, and microwave drying. Once prepared, they are packed in convenient foil pouches, ready for shipping. All our products undergo random lab testing to ensure they meet international health and safety standards.

Dung Beetles can be enjoyed on their own as a snack, typically flavored with soy sauce, chili, and pepper or with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf. They also serve as a complement to various savoury dishes.
