Cricket oil is super-healthy edible oil. It contains a wide range of healthy nutrients as well having a great flavour. We have infused our cricket oil with coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, 5 star anise, black cardamon, sichwan peppercorns and Thai chilli peppers to give it a unique taste and smell.
It adds a delightful kick and hint of 'Cricketness' to whatever dish you’re using it in. It can be used in pastas, seafood or any stir fry, sauté or noodle dish.
