Superworms (Zophobas morio) a.k.a. Buffalo worms are a healthy and a valuable source of protein. They have a crunchy texture and taste similar to toasted bread; if you’re new to entomophagy this would be a good insect to start with.

Our superworms are raised on GAP certified farms; they are fed on oatmeal, greens and other vegetables. We process them at our factory by rapid microwave drying which effectively locks in valuable nutrients. After they are fully dried they are packed in foil bags with oxygen absorbers. This keeps them fresh for 12 months or longer.

Cooking instructions: Our superworms are cooked and ready to eat, you can eat the whole worms straight from the bag, or you can add them to other foods, for example pizza toppings, or use them as salad toppers. There are many possibilities.
