We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new 100% cricket powder on our on-line shop Jan 2014.
The Acheta Domestica crickets we use for our powder are raised on our own family farm. They are fed a special diet of cassava and vegetables and are raised in clean hygienic conditions. The crickets are processed and packed at our FDA approved factory.
Our Cricket flour is 100% natural, no preservatives, artifical colors or flavours have been added. The flour undergoes stringent laboratory testing for safety and to ensure it is the purest cricket powder available.
Cricket powder or cricket flour as it’s also known as is a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B12, it is also low in fat.
Cricket powder can be used in a number of ways, for example energy bars, snacks and much more. It can be used to improve the taste and nutritional content of any food.
