Birds Nest & Pandan Drink
In Asia bird's nest soup and drinks is considered a delicacy, and has been served for hundreds of years. It's made using the nests of swift lets, or cave swifts. These avian homemakers regurgitate their gelatinous spit, creating a web-like super glue which forms their nests and attaches them to cave walls in Southeast Asia. It is apparently good for your complexion and general well being. The other added ingredient 'Pandan' is said to be a restorative, deodorant, indolent and phylactic, promoting a feeling of wellbeing. The drink is sweet and un-carbonated.
