Superworms (Zophobas morio) is a healthy and valuable source of protein. They are crunchy and taste a little like toasted bread; if you’re new to entomophagy, this would be an excellent insect to start with.

Our super worms are raised on farms and fed on oatmeal, whole wheat bread, greens, and other vegetables. We source our superworms from a GAP-certified farm, and we process them in a HACCP/GMP-certified factory. They are microwave dried to lock in nutrients. After fully cooked and dried, we season them with salt and pack them in bags with moisture and oxygen absorbers to keep them fresh for more than a year.

Each bag contains 10 grams of dried superworms. Each worm weighs approximately 0.2 grams after dehydration.

Cooking instructions:
